I had been experiencing neck pain and then also discovered (to my dismay) that I had started snoring! Having done a lot of research I came across the CosyCo side sleeper. Having spoken to a really knowledgable chap who gave really helpful advice, I ordered the pillow knowing that if it wasn’t helpful, I could return for a full refund. That’s wasn’t necessary!! Love, love, love the pillow and wholeheartedly support such a great British company!
It was so easy to order the mattress. We were kept updated with how our order was progressing and it arrived on time. Overall the customer service was very good.
Great service and support, unfortunately the product wasn't suitable for me as it is made for a standard sized person and I am only 5ft and of slight frame so had to return.
