Our acid reflux wedge pillow has been specially designed by our in-house team to help alleviate the symptoms of acid reflux. By providing elevation for the upper body, supporting the head and neck, this bed wedge reduces the likelihood of overnight reflux. These foam wedge pillows also assist in making it more comfortable to sit up in bed and read or watch tv.

GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) can cause discomfort during the night and upon waking in the morning, and our wedge pillow is designed to clear congestion and keep the airways clear. The top layer is made up of memory foam, providing a great deal of comfort. The bottom, larger part of the wedge is made with our special Flexion foam to help maintain the angle of the pillow.

What is Flexion foam?

It has a high density design to provide orthopaedic support, while being strong enough to support the top layer of memory foam and maintaining the wedge’s 15° angle.

Acid Reflux Wedge Covers

  • Polycotton Cover - a simple polyester-cotton blend cover that can easily be removed and washed.
  • Waterproof Cover - our waterproof cover will protect your pillow and is a silky, soft and stretchable material. It is hypoallergenic and machine washable.

All of our covers are available to buy with the wedge and are also sold separately to purchase in future if required. You can find these covers here.

International Delivery

We offer a range of international delivery options and can deliver to most countries in Europe and around the world. Delivery prices for these countries will be automatically calculated at the checkout when you choose your delivery address.

How quickly will my order arrive?

We are open Monday to Friday so orders can only be dispatched on these days.

Orders sent using Royal Mail will arrive in 2 - 3 working days (including Saturday) from dispatch.

Next day deliveries will arrive next day for orders placed before 12 noon. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be dispatched on Monday to be delivered on Tuesday before 1pm. Next day orders placed after 12 noon on Thursday will be dispatched on Friday and will arrive on Monday.

How can I track the progress of my order?

We will send emails to keep you notified of the status of your order. In the confirmation of shipping email we will include any tracking numbers where applicable.

Which days will my order be delivered on?

Royal Mail deliveries are made on any day excluding Sunday. Next day deliveries are Monday to Friday only.

My order arrived damaged what shall I do?

Do not accept any goods damaged in transport - notify us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out at no extra cost. Unfortunately if you accept them then we cannot be liable for any additional costs.

What happens if I'm not in when my order is delivered?

For orders sent via Royal Mail please use special instructions to leave notes for courier. Orders sent using the next day service must be signed for and a card will be left to rearrange delivery.

How carefully are items packed?

Smaller items are packed in a padded envelope, larger items are carefully packed in mailing boxes with protective foam.

Returns Policy 

  • 14 day returns policy on all products*, as long as they are in an un-used condition
  • Extended warranty - We are so confident in the quality of our products that many of them come with an extended warranty period of up to 5 years - please check the product page for this information.

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are not, just return the product to us within 14 days of receipt in its original packaging and we will refund you the price of the goods only to the original credit or debit card used.

Return costs are at your expense and we would recommend you obtain a free ‘proof of postage’ receipt from your Post Office. You must package the goods appropriately to ensure that they are returned in perfect condition as they are your responsibility until they reach us.

We will exchange any faulty goods at our own expense. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, if you buy online you have the right to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt.

Faulty Goods
