needed a cushion to take away so I Can use to help sleep propped up. Needed to be inflatable as limited on space. This has worked really well and the padded cover is very comportable

This cushion does exactly what I had hoped and has solved my breastfeeding problems! Hurrah! Inflated it is the perfect height for my 2 month old to lie on when feeding and when folded up fits into my changing bag fairly easily. Only negatives are that the valve is rather tight so it is a bit difficult initially to inflate and deflate...you have to put the whole valve into your mouth and bite on it!! Leave at least 3 minutes to inflate and deflat this cushion. It smelled rather musty when it arrived but I washed the cover and it now is fit for use and we have had 2 good feeds with it whilst out and about in cafes.

I absolutely love this item. I bought it for use on a recent flight to help feed/support my 5 month old son. Unfortunately I found it didn't fit round me within the confined airplane seat space and it was easier to feed my son sat up on my lap. It's a shame as the product is fabulous and would be great for other times when you needed to feed on the go but for an economy airplane seat I found this just too big :( Doesn't take away from the product as a whole though and would be better if your child was smaller/younger.

I bought this to use on a flight to Tenerife with my 3 month old. My husband inflated it and fully inflated we found it too hard and round, but with some air let out of the main cushion and with the smaller cushion almost completely deflated, it was actually very comfortable for our little girl. After I fed her, she straddled the cushion on her front and slept for most of the flight - a relief for me and everyone else on the plane I imagine! We're going away next year and will take it again as although I wont be nursing, I think it'll help one or other of our kids to sleep on the plane, as a pillow.

How quickly will my order arrive?
We are open Monday to Friday so orders can only be dispatched on these days.
Orders sent using Royal Mail 1st Class will arrive in 2 - 3 working days (including Saturday) from dispatch.
Next day deliveries will arrive next day for orders placed before 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday to be delivered on Tuesday before 1pm. Next day orders placed after 1pm on Thursday will be dispatched on Friday and will arrive on Monday.
How can I track the progress of my order?
We will send emails to keep you notified of the status of your order. In the confirmation of shipping email we will include any tracking numbers where applicable.
Which days will my order be delivered on?
Royal Mail 1st Class deliveries are made on any day excluding Sunday. Next day deliveries are Monday to Friday only.
My order arrived damaged what shall I do?
Do not accept any goods damaged in transport - notify us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out at no extra cost. Unfortunately if you accept them then we cannot be liable for any additional costs.
What happens if I'm not in when my order is delivered?
For orders sent via Royal Mail 1st Class please use special instructions to leave notes for courier. Orders sent using the next day service must be signed for and a card will be left to rearrange delivery.
How carefully are items packed?
Smaller items are packed in a padded envelope, larger items are carefully packed in mailing boxes with protective foam.

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are not, just return the product to us within 14 days of receipt in its original packaging and we will refund you the price of the goods only to the original credit or debit card used.
Return costs are at your expense and we would recommend you obtain a free ‘proof of postage’ receipt from your Post Office. You must package the goods appropriately to ensure that they are returned in perfect condition as they are your responsibility until they reach us.
We will exchange any faulty goods at our own expense. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, if you buy online you have the right to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt.
We make every effort to ensure all orders that we send out are in perfect condition, and each one is checked before delivery.
