I bought the pillow on a recommendation that it would be good for my neck. I've found that it isn't as comfortable as expected; however, it may be a question of time so I'm persevering....

The pillow is an unusual shape, but it certainly works for me. i get neck ache very easily from pillows too soft or too hard or wrongly shaped and find it difficult to sleep - especially in hotels etc where they pillows are always wrong. I shall take this pillow with me every time i travel from now on. Just what i have been looking for, thank you, CosyCo.

The hole in the middle is great for back sleeping and the sides are just big enough to switch over to your side if you wish to. When on my back It feels as if there's no pillow at all, just a neck support to keep the head in place. Great pillow. I've tried a few different ones but this is the best and most simple solution by far.

International Delivery

We offer a range of international delivery options and can deliver to most countries in Europe and around the world. Delivery prices for these countries will be automatically calculated at the checkout when you choose your delivery address.

How quickly will my order arrive?

We are open Monday to Friday so orders can only be dispatched on these days.

Orders sent using Royal Mail 1st Class will arrive in 2 - 3 working days (including Saturday) from dispatch.

Next day deliveries will arrive next day for orders placed before 12 noon. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be dispatched on Monday to be delivered on Tuesday before 1pm. Next day orders placed after 12 noon on Thursday will be dispatched on Friday and will arrive on Monday.

How can I track the progress of my order?

We will send emails to keep you notified of the status of your order. In the confirmation of shipping email we will include any tracking numbers where applicable.

Which days will my order be delivered on?

Royal Mail 1st Class deliveries are made on any day excluding Sunday. Next day deliveries are Monday to Friday only.

My order arrived damaged what shall I do?

Do not accept any goods damaged in transport - notify us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out at no extra cost. Unfortunately if you accept them then we cannot be liable for any additional costs.

What happens if I'm not in when my order is delivered?

For orders sent via Royal Mail 1st Class please use special instructions to leave notes for courier. Orders sent using the next day service must be signed for and a card will be left to rearrange delivery.

How carefully are items packed?

Smaller items are packed in a padded envelope, larger items are carefully packed in mailing boxes with protective foam.

Returns Policy 

  • 14 day returns policy on all products*, as long as they are in an un-used condition
  • Extended warranty - We are so confident in the quality of our products that many of them come with an extended warranty period of up to 5 years - please check the product page for this information.

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are not, just return the product to us within 14 days of receipt in its original packaging and we will refund you the price of the goods only to the original credit or debit card used.

Return costs are at your expense and we would recommend you obtain a free ‘proof of postage’ receipt from your Post Office. You must package the goods appropriately to ensure that they are returned in perfect condition as they are your responsibility until they reach us.

We will exchange any faulty goods at our own expense. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, if you buy online you have the right to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt.

Faulty Goods

We make every effort to ensure all orders that we send out are in perfect condition, and each one is checked before delivery. However, if you have received a faulty item please let us know within two working days of receiving your order. You can contact us on 01752 204060 or email us at sales@cosyco.co.uk.

We will then arrange to swap the item for a working version while collecting the faulty item (for larger items) or supplying a pre-paid mailing bag (for standard and smaller items).

*Some of our pillows are sealed in plastic bags with "non-returnable if opened" stickers. We cannot offer refunds on these products.
