From the day I used it my pinched nerve in neck is gradually relieving and great improvement in quality of sleep. Initially the feel was awkward, but within 1 night, it was my dearest friend.

It’s early days to decide for sure but so far i am happy. I too feel the need to have another pillow underneath for a little more height which is no problem. I love the feel of having my neck supported and am therefore much more relaxed. A happy customer :0)

I am delighted with the pillow! I I have tried a few different brands before, but was obliged to return them for various reasons. This one is just the right size for me (I have smallish shoulders), and not too hard or too soft. There was no unwanted chemical smell to give me allergic reactions. And I can comfortably slip a thin pillow on top if I feel like it, when changing from back to side sleeping.

How quickly will my order arrive?
We are open Monday to Friday so orders can only be dispatched on these days.
Orders sent using Royal Mail 1st Class will arrive in 2 - 3 working days (including Saturday) from dispatch.
Next day deliveries will arrive next day for orders placed before 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday to be delivered on Tuesday before 1pm. Next day orders placed after 1pm on Thursday will be dispatched on Friday and will arrive on Monday.
How can I track the progress of my order?
We will send emails to keep you notified of the status of your order. In the confirmation of shipping email we will include any tracking numbers where applicable.
Which days will my order be delivered on?
Royal Mail 1st Class deliveries are made on any day excluding Sunday. Next day deliveries are Monday to Friday only.
My order arrived damaged what shall I do?
Do not accept any goods damaged in transport - notify us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out at no extra cost. Unfortunately if you accept them then we cannot be liable for any additional costs.
What happens if I'm not in when my order is delivered?
For orders sent via Royal Mail 1st Class please use special instructions to leave notes for courier. Orders sent using the next day service must be signed for and a card will be left to rearrange delivery.
How carefully are items packed?
Smaller items are packed in a padded envelope, larger items are carefully packed in mailing boxes with protective foam.

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are not, just return the product to us within 14 days of receipt in its original packaging and we will refund you the price of the goods only to the original credit or debit card used.
Return costs are at your expense and we would recommend you obtain a free ‘proof of postage’ receipt from your Post Office. You must package the goods appropriately to ensure that they are returned in perfect condition as they are your responsibility until they reach us.
